Tax law rewards generosity, so your family might even get a tax benefit if you donate certain assets. Read more to see whether any of these methods fit your financial situation and charitable goals.
Become a Seacology Fellow
This group of generous Seacology supporters, who donate at least $2,500 annually, enjoy exclusive benefits, including invitations to special events and early notice about our expeditions.
Leave a Legacy for Islands
Including Seacology in your estate plan (as a beneficiary of your will, trust, or retirement account, for example) is an easy way to make an important and lasting contribution to island conservation.
Donate Stock
Donating appreciated stock or other securities will not only help Seacology, but may also give you considerable tax savings.
Give from Your IRA
You may be able to donate to Seacology directly from an IRA, and as a result make more money available both for donations and your retirement.
Get an Employer Match
Your employer may double (or even triple) your gift to Seacology!
Give by Phone or Mail
You can always simply send Seacology a gift by check, or call us to donate through your credit card.
Offset your carbon
Support a carbon-sequestering Seacology project and receive a bumper sticker. (These make great gifts!)
