Executive Director Duane Silverstein gives updates on Seacology's work in 2023.

Each year on Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we present the Seacology prize to a champion of island conservation. Join us in Berkeley, California, or via live video stream as we host our biggest public event of the year.

On Monday, October 14, we will present the 2024 Seacology Prize to Mohammed Kolugege, a longtime conservation leader from Minicoy Island, India. Free tickets for the Berkeley prize ceremony are available here. We encourage you to sign up early, as space is limited.
