In 2025 we began a campaign across Greece to bring much-needed attention to an underappreciated ecosystem, while wrapping up another in the Dominican Republic. We launched almost 30 new projects in two dozen countries to protect island environments and support local communities. Our work won awards and we gave out one of our own to an inspiring conservation leader. And we did it all with a small staff and modest budget.
