All personal information that is voluntarily submitted to Seacology is kept strictly confidential and is never sold or transmitted to any third party. We will not sell or trade a donor’s personal information to any other entity in existence without their written permission. No personal or identifiable information is collected involuntarily. Seacology fully complies with COPPA and does not collect any identifiable information from children under 13.
When we send emails to those who have opted-in to receive Seacology updates, we’ll sometimes track who opened and who clicked links within those emails. We do this to measure the performance of our email campaigns, and to improve our offerings to specific groups of people.
