Thank you to everyone who joined our fun kayak outing in Alameda last weekend! It was great to catch up with some of our Seacology Fellows and meet several people who are new to us and our work. Thanks also to the team at Sea Trek Kayak and SUP Center for providing the equipment and fantastic guides who shared their extensive knowledge of the area, its wildlife, and its history. Against the backdrop of the San Francisco skyline, the USS Hornet, and other local landmarks, we had a fantastic afternoon of perfect weather, fresh air, and encounters with curious harbor seals and sea birds.

This was our second collaboration with Sea Trek after another memorable paddle in Sausalito this spring.

Our Seacology Fellows receive first notice of these trips, but we will then open them up to the public if they don’t sell out.
