Tsunami relief: New water tanks and pipelines to the existing water supply network to the village, destroyed by a tsunami

Date Approved: 01.2010

These villages were destroyed by the deadly tsunami that hit Samoa in 2009, and were forced to move inland. Seacology funded new water tanks and pipelines to the existing water supply network. A later grant also removed water lilies and repaired a freshwater pool in Malaela.
